• First you join as a member through the sponsor that referred you to the site.


• The person that referred you is paid directly from you using your Alert Pay (Personal Pro or higher) Account. This means that the members are always paid their affiliate referral fee immediately! This is unlike other programs where you must wait until you have accumulated "X" amount of dollars then request your affiliate earnings.

• You then pay a randomly selected member Payment! Last you pay a one time administration fee. (There are no recurring monthly charges!)

This one-time fee of just $12.00 covers hosting, graphics changes, advertising and related expenses and allows you to add a banner of your choice across our whole network for as long as you like. We accept any 468x60 banner except adult/illegal content. Collectively our sites receive thousands of visitors and they will all see your banner!


• You are automatically entered into the member database and able to promote your personal referral link at this point. Your referral link is encrypted, thus protecting your identity and commissions! When you promote your referral link a cookie is placed on the visitors computer. If they return within 30 days and your cookie is the most recent you still get the referral and most importantly the commission! 


• Unlike typical affiliate or referral programs our members can get paid over and over again! Why? Because we give you random referrals based upon your membership level. Everyone is eligible to receive random referrals for new members joining the site. It is not mandatory to have an additional upgrade. Admin generated traffic is distributed to advertiser banners based on the number of rotations you have accumulated in the system. You can accumulate these rotations in two ways: 1.) By purchasing them and 2.) By earning them through the referrals you generate.


• You can build your downline 4 levels deep! You get paid the membership fee for your 1st Level referral. Then when that member refers a new member they are placed on your 2nd level. You earn extra rotations in the system for every 2nd level member in your downline. Heres how this works:

2nd Level:Random Rotations Are Added To Your Account

• TLCad members can also participate in our optional 'Annuity' program provided they have activated their TLC cash account. (Don't worry, it won't cost you any more;-)


• You decide the amount you would like to receive for advertising your banner. If you decide to participate you will be assigned an internal advertiser account. Each time a new $12.00 advertising fee is received, $3.00 is credited to these accounts in relation to the number of active banners you currently have within the banner system. Of the remaining money $1.08 (9%) is contributed directly to the TLC MoneyPool and the balance added to the MMA Core Account.


• When you want to 'Retire' a banner the current value of your account is credited to a cash withdrawal account within TLC. Your banner will be removed from the system thereby stopping your advertising and 'Annuity' funding.


• If you have a FREE Cash Account at TLC your available balance is immediately available or if you have a PRO Cash Account you will be able to either request cash, OR, and this is where it could get really, really interesting, use your balance to leverage your banner 'Annuity' further within the MoneyPool...
